Most business writing is either entertainment or sales. This blog is neither.
I own Hillmere, a Singapore holding company. Most days I spend building its machinery: AI Desk, a front desk for owner-run firms, and Oxaide, a private research desk. I build with a small team and a lot of agents.
The notes are about where that is headed: owning established, owner-run businesses for the long term. Succession, diligence, and the handover problem. I write to think clearly and to be findable by the right people: owners thinking about succession, and peers who do honest work.
